ARCHITECT LED

BRUNO REICH, AIA

With an architectural degree from the University of Maryland. I’ve spent over 45 years leading Reich Construction LLC. My passion for blending old-world appeal with modern efficiency has driven me to incorporate innovative trends into mainstream construction. I bring a lifetime of experience to making my clients’ visions a reality.

Outside the office, I’m a licensed pilot and love any chance I get to fly.

EMPLOYEE-DRIVEN

MARIA CRUZ, OFFICE MANAGER

Maria has been the organizational backbone of Reich Construction for over 10 years. She keeps the day-to-day running smoothly across every department – managing competing priorities, catching the details others miss, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If the company runs like a well-built steel frame, Maria is a big reason why.

When she’s not at work, Maria enjoys experimenting with physical art.

RICHARD BROHAWN, CFO

Richard leads the company’s financial strategy and planning. He brings decades of experience from other construction firms and has established an expertise in the pre-engineered metal building industry. Richard helps drive financial growth, improve profitability, and strengthen financial controls.

Richard is a diehard Olney Cropdusters fan.

WILL GUILLEN, PROJECT MANAGER

Will manages the full lifecycle of our projects, from early planning through final delivery, making sure everything stays on schedule, on budget, and on point. He’s the person on the team who anticipates problems before they become problems, and when something unexpected comes up, he’s already working on the solution. Will has built his career around one simple idea – keep the project moving and keep the client informed.

SAM HOOKS, PROCESS ENGINEER

Sam is dedicated to finding new ways to optimize our current systems, address outdated processes, and maintain efficient workflows. When someone needs a tool, he builds it himself. He is responsible for Reich Construction’s business development and marketing, and works closely with each team member to ensure their day-to-day operations have zero hiccups.

MICHAEL NEWLAND, LEAD ESTIMATOR

Michael spearheads Reich Construction’s estimating department. He manages bids, sources cost-efficient vendors, and provides valuable input to enhance the client’s project. With a LEED AP certification, Michael finds sustainable solutions to meet every concept and specification.

Michael spends time with his wife.

ERIC RICASA, SUPERINTENDENT

Eric works closely with our field crews to ensure productivity on every job. He coordinates with Will and the client to ensure no detail is missed. Eric brings decades of experience from residential construction and appreciates the challenge of commercial metal buildings.

Eric spends time with his dog.

“This building is the masterpiece of Selby Bay. The design that Bruno did was one of a kind. The beginning of it all was Bruno’s idea and that made all the difference.”
