RICHARD BROHAWN, CFO
Richard serves as Chief Financial Officer of Reich Construction, bringing a strong financial perspective shaped by his experience at other construction firms and in the HVAC industry. That background gives him a practical understanding of how project costs, cash flow, and field realities connect. He oversees the company’s financial health with a disciplined, detail-oriented approach, from progress billing through final invoicing. John brings 10 years of pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) experience to his role as Director of Projects at Reich Construction. SAM HOOKS, PROCESS ENGINEER / ESTIMATOR
Sam serves as Reich Construction’s process engineer and estimator, bringing a builder’s practicality to both the numbers and the systems behind them. He creates and maintains the internal systems that feed each department, keeping information, tools, and workflows connected across the company. His estimating work gives him firsthand insight into what the field, the office, and the clients need, and he builds processes around those needs. Michael brings over 20 years of diverse construction experience to his role as Lead Estimator at Reich Construction, including time spent running his own company. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he brings a sharp eye for sustainable design considerations into every estimate he prepares.
