Construction Estimator and Proposal Writer

This role is crucial in helping us accurately assess project costs and prepare compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills to effectively convey our value proposition to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cost estimations for construction projects, including materials, labor, and other relevant expenses.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to understand project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive and competitive proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to obtain accurate pricing and project information.

As the Director of Design at Reich Construction LLC, you will lead our design team in developing innovative and sustainable solutions for our projects. Key
responsibilities include:

• Design Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the design
team, guiding the development of design concepts from inception to
completion.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders,
including engineers, project managers, and clients, to ensure design concepts
align with project goals and objectives.
• Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging
technologies, incorporating innovative design solutions into our projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure design work meets quality standards and regulatory
requirements, conducting regular reviews and providing feedback to the design
team.
• Team Development: Mentor and develop design team members, fostering a

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in design leadership roles, preferably within the construction
industry.
• Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and sustainable design solutions.
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and
SketchUp.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Description: Human Resources Manager

role in supporting the training and development of our field staff, as well as managing recruitment processes for key positions.

• Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs, including apprenticeship initiatives and certifications suchas OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Erector Certifications, to enhance the skills and capabilities of our field staff.
• Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee training
