With an architectural degree from the University of Maryland, I’ve spent over 40 years leading Reich Construction LLC, a design-build firm specializing in pre-engineered steel buildings. My passion for blending old-world appeal with modern efficiency has driven me to incorporate innovative trends into mainstream construction. Our experienced team provides comprehensive services, including engineering, design, government approvals, and precise budgeting, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Teri has spent most of her career directing and producing highly rated TV projects for NBC News, HGTV, Discovery Channels. She directed “Dream House,” showcasing Bruno Reich’s transformation of a historic stone cottage into a contemporary home while preserving the charm of the original 1800s structure.
Now, as Chief Marketing Officer, Teri brings her 30 years of marketing and storytelling expertise, leveraging her deep understanding of audience engagement, brand stories, and strategic communication. Her skills honed in the competitive world of television, allow her to craft compelling narratives that elevate brand identity and resonate with diverse audiences.
