Reich Construction delivered a 12,000 SF storage facility in Cranston, Rhode Island, designed to support high-volume tenant use with 11 overhead door openings for maximum accessibility. Built with a pre-engineered metal building system, the project balanced speed, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring a durable, long-lasting structure.

The facility features vinyl-faced fiberglass insulation on the roof and walls, providing energy efficiency and occupant comfort while keeping operating costs low. Combined with the PEMB’s clear-span design and multiple access points, the building offers versatility for a variety of storage needs and will serve the community reliably for years to come.
