Selby on the Bay

This community center overlooking the Chesapeake Bay replaced a 1920’s wooden structure that was lost to fire. The new Selby on the Bay center takes advantage of the incredible views over the water, providing an inspiring light filled multipurpose assembly space. With a unique design change, we were able to forgo an expensive fire suppression system. We succeeded and met various local code and zoning requirements. Using pre-engineered steel also eliminated fire hazards.
